Opt-Out of Empirian's mandatory requirement for property damage liability insurance. For only $9.75 per month, you are no longer required to purchase current personal liability insurance in accordance with your lease agreement. You will not be responsible for the cost, up to $50,000 per accidental occurrence, that would have been coverted under the renter's liability insurance program. This is over a 20% savings to you! Plus, the cost is incurred as a minimal monthly charge included with your rent, rather than a large yearly or quarterly amount due all at once to an insurance company.
Rent Protection due to involuntary loss of job. For an additional $2.25 per month, if you are involuntarily terminated form employment, Empirian Property Management will pay $750 of your monthly rent for up to 2 months!
