We have noticed an increase of pet owners who are not picking up after their pets. It is imperative to clean up pet waste for a number of reasons:It keeps the community looking nice.
New puppies can contract an illness called Parvo through waste
Humans can contract diseases such as Salmonella and Giardia
Nobody likes stepping in disregarded pet waste!
And...IT KEEPS THE COMMUNITY LOOKING NICE!!
Any residents reported to the leasing office for not picking up after their pets will be assesed a clean up fine.
